The F18 Cruise Elite Special is the most popular all-terrain model and is the perfect cross over between comfort cruiser and trail bike. The F18's low step-through makes it ideal for riders of nearly all heights and abilities and will take you anywhere around town, vineyard tours, or most cycle trails around New Zealand.

FRAME - CARBON FIBRE
Carbon fibre is two times stronger than the alloy used in premium bike frames, and at a fraction of the weight.
E-Bikes don't have to be heavy and hard to handle. HYBRID Bike's carbon fibre frames make them a joy to ride and manage, even for petite riders or if the battery is flat. With HYBRID Bike's manufacturing process you now get superior strength, reduced weight and a responsive ride.

MOTOR - 300 WATT BAFANG MM G33
HYBRID Bikes use the clever BAFANG MM G33, 300 Watt motor for superior torque and speed with reduced weight.
Bafang is the same electric bike motor manufacturer that the world's most famous ride sharing company has chosen for its US fleet of over 100,000 electric bikes. The reliable MM G33 produces a maximum torque of 95 N m so you don't have to worry about going up hills anymore.

BATTERY - SAMSUNG SDI
HYBRID E-Bikes use SAMSUNG SDI battery technology for quick recharge and a range of up to 100km (80 N m motor setting).* Scroll down for further details regarding range.
The SDI cells are secured in a rigid cage. This standard feature on all HYBRID E-Bikes provides safety and security by keeping the cells isolated so they will not short circuit. Most bike brands use a simple film wrap to isolate the cells. Increased reliability, short recharge times and best-in-class range means you can spend more time out there.

CONTROLLER
All HYBRID electric bikes utilize intuitive Intelligent Controllers and premium, large format, LCD screens to maximize your comfort.
The Intelligent Controller provides five pedal assist levels and is conveniently mounted on the handlebars. It also features a unique 'Walk Assist' function so no pushing is required. The auto light function makes night riding safer. The Intelligent Controller and large format LCD screen makes controlling your HYBRID bike simple.

HIGH SPEC COMPONENTS
Only premium components are used on HYBRID E-Bikes, giving you performance and reliability.
Tektro Hydraulic brakes, Suntour fork, along with Shimano Deore gears and derailleurs are used. These rugged components have a proven track record and are readily available from quality cycle mechanics, allowing you to relax and enjoy the ride.

• For Bulky/Heavy Items a $30 fee will be added.

We know there's nothing more exciting than your online order arriving on your doorstep as quickly as possible which is why we try our very best to process all orders on the day they are placed!

We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. These fees are not about making money but simply recouping the shipping costs particularly for larger items.

NZ Islands Courier Charges:

If you order with us and live on a NZ Island like Waiheke and Great Barrier etc our customer care team will contact you immediately to discuss freight charges/options.

We focus on keeping our product prices as low as possible rather than building shipping costs into the price and then offering "free" shipping on everything. We therefore pay the courier fees ourselves however the fees to the Island communities have become so exorbitant we can't cover all of those costs and will discuss options.

Bulky Items:

Additional charges may also apply to bulky order that measure outside the normal courier package parameters. Our friendly customer care team will contact you right away if this is the case.

Processing Times:

All orders are processed during weekday business hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

While we try to have most products in our store and warehouse at all times if the product is not in stock we will order from our New Zealand-based suppliers. We will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of any delivery delays.

Track and trace:

We work with NZ Post for delivery. Once your package has left our building and been scanned on board by the courier you will receive an automated email from us with your track and trace details so you can follow its progress.

Please note: queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery. If you do not lodge a query with us within these time frames, we will be unable to make a claim with our courier.
